Isotrace Delivery Alerts is a text-message program operated by IsotraceApp LLC on behalf of the pharmacies that use Isotrace. It sends delivery notifications to contacts at the facilities those pharmacies deliver to: a text when a delivery is on its way, with a link to track it live, and a follow-up if that delivery's tracking link or estimated arrival changes, or if the pharmacy updates the note about what's in the delivery (the text never says what's in it; it re-sends the same tracking link).
The program sends delivery notifications only. It sends no marketing or promotional messages.
Sign-up is by invitation: your pharmacy gives your facility a code, and you enter it at /sms with your mobile number and tick the consent box, which is never pre-checked. You'll get a confirmation text when you sign up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies with your deliveries, usually one to three messages per delivery. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text alerts are a convenience: delivery timing can change, and the live tracking page is the current source for a delivery's status.
Your mobile number is used only to send these delivery alerts. It is never sold, and it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
