Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy covers the Isotrace service operated by IsotraceApp LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us"), including its delivery tracking pages, the customer portal, and the Isotrace Delivery Alerts text-message program run on behalf of those pharmacies.

What we collect

• Facility delivery contacts: facility name and address, and the names, work email addresses and mobile numbers of the people who receive delivery notifications.
• Text-alert sign-ups: your name and mobile number as entered at /sms, the facility whose code you used, the wording you agreed to, and the time, IP address and browser of the sign-up, kept as the record of your consent.
• Staff and drivers: names and phone numbers, and the routes and deliveries they work.
• Vehicle data: location, speed and odometer readings from delivery vehicles while they are tracked.
• Technical data: IP addresses (used to protect sign-in and sign-up forms from abuse) and the session cookies that keep you signed in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

The service is not designed to hold patient information, and we ask that none be entered.

How we use it

Only to run the service: planning routes, estimating arrival times, showing live delivery tracking, sending delivery notifications by email and text, securing accounts, and supporting the pharmacies we work for. We do not use it to advertise to anyone.

Text messages and your mobile number

If you sign up for Isotrace Delivery Alerts, your mobile number is used only to send delivery notifications from the pharmacy that delivers to your facility. Message frequency varies, typically one to three per delivery. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help; see the SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the service, each limited to what it needs:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, database storage, backups, notification emails (Amazon SES) and text messages (AWS End User Messaging).
• Mapbox: facility addresses and coordinates for maps, routing and arrival estimates.
• OneStepGPS: the vehicle tracking devices that report location.
• Anthropic: route and schedule data for optional AI-assisted features used by pharmacy staff.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact and delivery records are kept while the pharmacy uses the service. Vehicle location trails are deleted automatically after a limited window. Text-alert consent records are kept for as long as you're subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward, as proof of consent. Nightly backups expire on their own schedule.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop text alerts. To see, correct or delete your information, email us at the address below, or ask your pharmacy, which manages its own delivery contacts.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, sign-in is required for everything except the public tracking links, the facility portal sign-in page, and these public pages, and backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what we hold.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
