Isotrace is licensed, not sold. IsotraceApp LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for its own fleet and delivery operations, for as long as your agreement with IsotraceApp LLC is in place.
Please don't copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software; don't attempt to extract its source code; and don't remove product or copyright notices. The software, and all rights in it, remain with IsotraceApp LLC.
When your agreement with IsotraceApp LLC ends, this license ends with it. Sections that by their nature should continue (like ownership and notices) survive.
